This UKAS accredited company has grown to be a respected professional asbestos consultancy that prides itself on technical expertise. They have a strong history of investing heavily in staff training and company accreditation to ensure they deliver the very highest quality service.
Due to expansion, they now seek an experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst (P402, P403 & P404 Qualified) with at least two years' experience in the industry. You will be personable, determined and work with honesty & integrity.
Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst is responsible for but not limited to:
- Undertaking management, refurbishment and demolition surveys
- Recording all site data/compiling inspection and monitoring reports
- Carrying out re-inspections, updating asbestos registers and asbestos management plans
- Managing projects
- Attending scope-of-works site visits
- Conducting 4-stage clearance and air monitoring duties
About you:
- BOHS P402, P403, P404
- Other P-certs and CCP qualification are highly desirable
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow procedures
- Methodical
- Must have a minimum of 6 months survey experience, preferably working for a UKAS accredited organisation
- Full clean driving licence
- IT literate
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Package will include a generous basic salary up to Β£30,000 together with 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, mobile lab van, fuel expenses, mobile phone and tablet to keep in touch with line manager. Long term prospects are also excellent as the company will develop and support the right individual through their P405 certificate so they can become a consultant and eventually move into Project Management as the team expands.
