Overview
In this role you will perform asbestos surveying and analysis to support safe building management. You join a UKAS-accredited team focused on high-quality service and staff development, working on management, refurbishment and demolition surveys, and monitoring tasks. You will collaborate with cross-functional colleagues while managing projects and maintaining accurate records. The position offers potential to progress toward P405 certification and eventually into project management as the team grows.

Responsibilities
- Undertaking management, refurbishment and demolition surveys
- Recording site data and compiling inspection and monitoring reports
- Updating asbestos registers and asbestos management plans
- Carrying out re-inspections and scope-of-works site visits
- Conducting 4-stage clearance and air monitoring duties
- Managing projects
- Attending scope-of-works site visits
Key requirements
- BOHS P402, P403, P404
- CDL and CCP qualification desirable
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow procedures
- Methodical approach
- Minimum 6 months survey experience
- Full clean driving licence
- IT literate
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
