About the Company

We are a well‑established industrial automation OEM specialising in the design and manufacture of product inspection machines. Our capital equipment machinery is supplied to large blue‑chip organisations across the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Panel Wireman to join our team in Banbury.

The Role

Working as part of a small, skilled team of two, you will be responsible for the build and wiring of electrical control panels for bespoke industrial automation machinery. This is a hands‑on role involving single and three‑phase systems, supporting the manufacture of high‑value capital equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and schematics
  • Wiring control panels to detailed specifications
  • Building and assembling electrical components within panels
  • Working with single and three‑phase electrical systems
  • Supporting machine build and integration where required
  • Ensuring all work is completed to high quality and safety standards

Requirements

  • Open to fresh graduates with electrical qualification
  • Previous panel wiring experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Experience working on capital equipment or industrial automation machinery preferred
  • Ability to confidently read electrical schematics and technical drawings
  • Relevant electrical qualification (City & Guilds or equivalent)
