Salary: Approx £50,000 plus package

We are looking for an experienced Projects Manager or Projects Engineer for a full time, permanent position based out of Kent. This position will be working for a very well established Air Conditioning and Refrigeration company that has a strong presence in the Kent area.

The right person for this position will already have on site project experience within the commercial sector. It would be a major bonus if this person came from an Air Conditioning or Refrigeration background, however we would also look at someone who has an electrical project management background.

This person needs to be able to conduct site surveys, produce small estimates (if needed), organise materials and subcontractors, run some of the projects from site, keep control of budgets and time scales and follow the jobs through to completion. This Projects person needs to be very client focused and will have a good site presence for the clients.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in either Project Manager or Project Engineer
  • This person does need to be technical (mechanical or electrical)
  • Must have run commercial projects
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Based in a commutable distance to Gillingham
  • A knowledge of Air Conditioning is preferred
  • Very client focused
