About the Role

As a BMS Service Engineer, you'll represent the company on-site, providing expert support for Building Management Systems (BMS). Your role will focus on maintaining system efficiency, delivering energy-saving solutions, and ensuring exceptional service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Building Management Systems (BMS), with a focus on Trend & Tridium.
  • Attend to service calls and provide on-site technical support for clients, ensuring systems are running efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the service team and provide updates on job progress, reporting on any issues and solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years working within the BMS industry, with hands-on experience with 1 of Trend or Tridium.
  • License: Must hold a clean UK driving licence, as the role involves regular travel to client sites.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work out of hours when required and participate in the call-out rota.
  • Location: Preferably based within or surrounding London.
