You will be responsible for expanding our B2B market share while ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of safety and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and grow existing accounts within the fire and security industry.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients, identifying their needs and delivering tailored security solutions (Fire Detection, Access Control, CCTV, and Integrated Systems).
