We are a leading UK company specialising in the supply, manufacture, design, installation and servicing of pumping equipment. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Pump Sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a college leaver or junior candidate with an interest in machinery, engineering, and technical sales. The role offers long‑term career development and the opportunity to build the knowledge and experience required to progress into a Technical Sales Engineer position.

Working closely with clients across sectors including construction, utilities, distribution, and industrial processing, you will help deliver fit‑for‑purpose and cost‑effective pumping solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the management of incoming sales enquiries.
  • Maintain CRM system accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide technical guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Support product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Prepare detailed quotations and tender submissions.
  • Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements.
  • Recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Assist in reporting sales performance and market intelligence.

Candidate Profile:

  • Good English and Maths qualifications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident telephone and email manner.
  • Good keyboard and IT skills, with the ability to learn CRM systems.

  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
