We are looking for a highly skilled Commercial Heating Engineer with a strong working knowledge of Steam Heating systems for a full time, permanent position on a very large static site in South Mimms. This large educational site holds a number of multi skilled engineers that are mechanical and electrical bias.

We are looking for an engineer, preferably at senior level, who is experienced in dealing with commercial heating and building services maintenance. It is essential that this person has a strong knowledge of large steam systems and has BOAS (boiler operation accreditation scheme).

This is a Monday to Friday position, however we will require this engineer to join a rota to do weekend steam checks.

  • Strong mechanical engineer
  • Commutable to South Mimms
  • Must hold at least CODNCO1, CIGA, TPCP1A and CDGA1 Level 3 Mechanical Qualification
  • BOAS (boiler operation accreditation scheme)
  • Must be happy to deal with other on site maintenance duties
  • Need to be able to join the rota to complete weekend steam checks
