We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager for an exciting project in the South West. This person will be joining a very well established Air Conditioning and Refrigeration company that is expanding into the South West. The role is very progressive, as the company plans to open a new branch, and the position will grow into a Branch Manager role with a full new team around them.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong background in Service Sales
- Strong knowledge of either building services or air conditioning service contracts
- Based in a commutable distance to Bristol
- Excited to start a new adventure building a branch
- Full UK driving licence
- Technical knowledge of air conditioning would be a bonus
- Looking for progression
- Must have a portfolio of clients to approach
Package
- Excellent starting salary
- Company car (hybrid or electric)
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Progression to a Branch Manager
- Guaranteed commission for the first 6 months
- Company bonus (once the branch is created)
