Working on a static site, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and optimisation of critical building systems, helping clients improve energy performance and operational efficiency.

The Role

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on BMS systems.
  • Diagnosing faults and undertaking remedial and corrective works.
  • Supporting the day-to-day operation of building controls and automation systems.
  • Working as part of a dedicated managed services team on a prestigious site.
  • Primarily working with Trend BMS systems, with opportunities to gain exposure to and training on other leading platforms.
  • Contributing to the ongoing optimisation and performance of building services.

The Candidate

  • Previous experience working with BMS systems in a service, maintenance, or commissioning capacity.
  • Experience with Trend systems is preferred, although engineers with knowledge of other BMS platforms will also be considered.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
