My client is a well-established full service hydraulic company, offering a top draw professional 24/7 hose servicing service.

Priding themselves on the ability to offer emergency service to clients by attending site and assisting with the replacement of Hydraulic hoses at all times in all weathers.

My client is looking for a Regional Controller to join their team to manage the day-to-day operation activities across a specific region.

This includes coordinating engineers, responding to clients needs and ensuring service levels are kept high.

Regional Controller / Regional Co-ordinator

£30,000 - 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Over time, On Call, Bonus, van, health care and pension.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to

  • Schedule and dispatch mobile hydraulic engineers.
  • Montior engineers workloads, locations and job progress.
  • Manage incoming customer enquiries and emergency breakdown issues.
  • Coordinate PPM work alongside emergency calls.
  • Build long last relationships with clients and other departments.
  • Maintain accurate service records, reports and customer documentation.
  • Ensure jobs are complete and closer on internal systems.
  • Provide customer updates, response times and job status.

To apply you MUST have or hold

  • Experience in scheduling, dispatch or service coordination.
  • Able to work under pressure – specifically during emergency breakdown situations.
  • Able to prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience in engineering, hydraulics or industrial services is a benefit.
  • Good levels of IT.
