The Role
As a Security Service Engineer, you'll cover a small, well-managed patch across Andover and the surrounding areas, including Hampshire, Dorset, Bournemouth and Salisbury.
You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on a range of commercial security systems while providing an excellent level of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and repair CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems.
- Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance.
- Complete service documentation accurately.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Participate in a 1 in 6 call-out rota.
About You
We're looking for engineers with experience working on commercial security systems.
Ideally you'll have
- Experience servicing CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems.
- Strong fault-finding abilities.
- Intruder Alarm experience is essential.
- Installation engineers looking to move into a service role are also encouraged to apply.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
