An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Tender Manager to join a well-established and growing packaging solutions business supplying customers across a wide range of industries. The business works as a consultative packaging partner, helping customers improve their packaging, reduce costs, consolidate suppliers and improve the efficiency of their wider supply chain.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full tender process, working closely with customers, suppliers and internal departments to develop commercially competitive proposals and secure new business.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full tender and RFP process from initial enquiry through to submission
- Reviewing customer requirements, specifications, volumes and service expectations
- Working closely with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain competitive pricing
- Preparing detailed commercial proposals and tender submissions
- Analysing costs, margins and overall commercial viability
- Negotiating with suppliers to achieve the best possible pricing and terms
- Working closely with Sales, Procurement, Operations and other internal teams
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus
