Position: Static Mechanical Bias Building Services Engineer

Location: Solihull

Duration: Permanent

Salary: from £38,000 to £40,000

We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer with a strong Mechanical Maintenance background. This position will involve working on a large static site based in Solihull. The right person for this position will already have a strong commercial building services background and must have experience dealing with plant room maintenance, AHUs and splits, plumbing works, and basic electrical tasks.

This is a large static site, so a driving licence is not required. However, we do require a minimum of a level 2 building services qualification.

  • Flexible multi-skilled engineer
  • Must be willing to join the on-call rota (one week in four)
