My client, a well-established fire and security company, are seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee and manage service contracts valued at up to £2 million, lead and support a team of engineers, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction from our newly established offices. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining seamless communication with the service coordinator, and nurturing relationships with key accounts. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee service contracts, ensuring delivery aligns with client expectations and company standards.
