We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent position on a static site in Solihull. This position will be working in a small team of engineers that will include mechanical and electrical engineers. They will be dealing with the facilities maintenance across the site, including the planned and reactive maintenance.

The right person for this position will have experience working in building services maintenance. We would like this engineer to hold a plumbing qualification but have a flexible multi skilled attitude to work.

  • Background in facilities maintenance
  • Minimum of a level 2 in plumbing
  • Good mechanical knowledge
  • Able to work as a multi skilled engineer
  • Able to join a rotating shift pattern that includes 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm and 9am-6pm
