About the Role

My client is seeking an experienced BMS Service & Small Works Engineer to support service operations across the Oxford area, with some work in London. This is a hands-on role involving servicing, fault finding, commissioning support, and delivering small works projects across a range of commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on BMS systems
  • Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on site
  • Delivering small works projects including upgrades and modifications
  • Supporting commissioning activities where required
  • Working closely with clients and providing technical support
  • Producing service reports and documentation
  • Assisting with system optimisation and energy efficiency improvements
  • Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales

Requirements

  • Strong background in BMS service and maintenance
  • Experience working with Trend systems preferred
  • Ability to carry out fault finding and system diagnostics independently
  • Experience delivering small works projects
