We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Project Manager for a full time, permanent position based in Norfolk. This position is with a very well established company that have an amazing reputation within the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Industry.
The right person for this position will already have a strong Project Management background working with Air Conditioning Installations. They need to have enough technical knowledge to be able to support clients with their requirements.
This person needs to have experience working on Air Conditioning Installation projects with a value of between £50K and £2 million. They will be required to deal with:
- Cost Management
- Programs of works
- Management of vetted sub contractors
- Site surveys
- SLAs
- Deployment of staff
- Adjustment of design
- A small amount of quoting for works
This is a Norfolk based position, however you may be asked to go into London for one day a week (when required).
