Salary: £75,000 DOE + Hybrid Working + Company Car/Travel Allowance + Private Healthcare
Location: Greenwich, London | 3 Days Remote / 2 Days Office
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing specialist contractor operating within the facade, cladding and remediation sector.
The business is expanding nationally and has an established presence across the South East and North West, with further growth planned into Scotland and Wales.
Working on project packages typically valued at around £3m, this is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven Quantity Surveyor looking to take on responsibility within a growing business, with genuine opportunities for progression as the company continues to expand.
The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of facade, cladding and remediation projects, working closely with the operational and commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully and profitably.
