We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join a busy building services team based on a very large site in London. This person will be working alongside experienced engineers that are dealing with air conditioning, heating and electrical maintenance as well as some installations.
This position will involve a lot of travelling around this large site on foot. They will be sorting out materials and parts for the other engineers as well as a hands-on approach to supporting them, including making sure that health and safety is adhered to.
We would like this person to have some on-site maintenance experience, preferably on a commercial site. It would be a bonus if this person has done a maintenance college course, but it is not essential.
Requirements:- Some experience dealing with planned or reactive maintenance
- Passionate about learning new things within maintenance
