We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager within the Building Services/ Facilities Maintenance Industry (hard services). This Business Development Manager will be responsible for the Education side of the business. They will be supporting current educational sites and looking to improve and grow existing maintenance contracts throughout multiple sites.
They will be expected to support the sales team with new enquiries as well as following their own leads.
The right person for this position will already have experience as a Business Development Manager within Facilities Maintenance. They need to have experience in dealing with service contracts as well as some experience with projects. They need to have some experience dealing directly with educational clients up to directorship level.
