The business has a strong pipeline of projects across both commercial and public sector markets and is looking for an experienced estimator who can take ownership of tenders from initial enquiry through to submission and handover. The Role You'll be responsible for pricing a variety of facade and refurbishment projects, working closely with clients, consultants, manufacturers and the supply chain. Key responsibilities include: Producing accurate and competitive tenders for rainscreen cladding and facade refurbishment projects. Reviewing drawings, specifications, surveys and scope to build detailed project costs.
