We are recruiting for an HVAC CAD Technician to join a growing Building Services contractor in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a CAD professional with experience in Mechanical Building Services or HVAC projects who is looking to develop their career within a fast-growing and technically focused business.
The role will support the design, pre-construction and delivery teams, producing accurate technical drawings and managing drawing documentation across a range of Mechanical and HVAC projects.
The RoleYou will be responsible for producing and maintaining technical drawings throughout the project lifecycle, from tender stage through to final as-fitted documentation.
Responsibilities include:- Producing and updating Mechanical and HVAC drawings using AutoCAD
- Modifying proposed drawings to reflect installation and as-fitted requirements
- Managing drawing revisions throughout project delivery
- Coordinating subcontractor and supplier drawings
- Maintaining drawing registers and document control systems
