We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Northern Regional Sales Manager to lead and inspire a team of 10-15 sales professionals within the plant hire and powered access industry. Responsibilities
- Leading, managing, and mentoring a team of 10-15 salespeople to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Setting clear and achievable sales targets for the team and conducting regular performance reviews.
- Supporting the team with training, guidance, and motivation to ensure consistent performance and professional development.
- Driving business development initiatives to identify and secure new opportunities within the plant hire and powered access industry.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Supporting depot managers throughout the north of England.
