Location: Milton Keynes
Salary:
£38,000 – £40,000, 40 hour working week, Door to door Travel, Van/Fuel Card, Tech – Mobile/Laptop, 22 days holiday + Banks, KPI Performance Bonuses.
Purpose of the role
This role will involve traveling to different sites to complete a range of tasks.
You will fulfil the water Hygiene PPM and remedial work contracts and ensure that all work is carried out to a high standard with a good experience for the client.
You will also manage a team of up to 8 field engineers, ensuring KPIs are achieved and operation procedures followed.
Responsibilities & Duties
TMV strip down, services, failsafe, and replacement.
Tank Cleaning and Inspection
Collection of water samples (Legionella, Pseudomonas and Chemical)
Temperature monitoring
Flushing of outlets
Removal of dead-legs / pipework.
General plumbing works associated to water hygiene (Pipework modifications, tap replacement, etc.)
Installation and plumbing of Copper and Silver ionisation systems
Legionella Risk assessment and preparation of remedial works
Local and Site Disinfection
Expansion Vessel Service
Water Softener Plant Service
Logbook update
Completion of works and reporting through internal software.
Report to Client and Client relations team in the office.
Management of group of 5-6 Engineers.
Monthly 1 to 1 meeting with Engineering team.
Attendance to quarterly team leader meeting at Milton Keynes office
Ideally, you will have or hold
NVQ Level 2 plumbing
Knowledge & Understanding of Water Hygiene workings, or/& HSG274.
