Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: South West England
Coverage: South West
Salary: Up to £33,000 plus company van, fuel card, phone, uniform, PPE, very generous pension, share scheme, electric vehicle scheme, 25 days holiday excluding bank holidays
The Opportunity
We're currently recruiting for an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer to join a growing and established business, covering Taunton and the wider South West.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with water hygiene experience who is looking for a stable, long-term position with a company that values its engineers and provides opportunities to develop within the industry.
Your duties will include:
- Water sampling
- Temperature monitoring
- TMV servicing
- Tank cleans & disinfections
- Shower cleans
- Chlorination's
Ideally, you will have:
- A minimum of 12 months experience as a Water Hygiene Engineer
- Knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG274
- Able to pass an enhanced DBS
- Good customer service and communication skills
- A professional approach when working on client sites
- A full UK driving licence
- The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Relevant water hygiene qualifications and experience are highly desirable.
