Job Description
My client is a well established full service hydraulic company, offering a range of services and products within a large variety of industries. Priding themselves on the ability to offer first class services both on site from their Hydraulic technicians and when dealing directly with bespoke needs from client. My client is growing and are looking for a Trainee Hose Engineer to join their growing team. Trainee Hose Engineer
Location: Bolton
£22,000 – £26,000 (DOE)

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Provide support with stock orders in line with Management requirements.
- Maintain and keep clean all work areas.
- Ensure waste is stored correctly.
- Assembly and testing of hose assemblies to the bespoke customer specifications.
- Serving at the trade counter.
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly.
- Attend all staff meetings – weekly and monthly.
- Be aware of HSE requirements in store and on site.
- Attend site as and when required to do so.
- Ensure the maintenance of all safety equipment.
- Check all goods outwards are correct before despatch.
- Quality checks for all goods coming in.
- Meet delivery deadlines and inform management.

- Be flexible and able to provide cover if required.
- Have an interest in engineering.
- A good basic knowledge of Hydraulics is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
- Physically able to assemble hydraulic hoses using machinery on site.
- Good understanding of HSE.
- A drive to progress and develop.
