Role Summary
As a Remote Telemarketing Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and booking appointments for our sales team. Your focus will be on outbound calls to businesses, introducing their suite of telecom solutions, and identifying pain points they can solve. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound B2B calls to promote VoIP, broadband, and mobile solutions.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities with SME decision-makers.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team to close.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Follow up on warm leads and re-engage past clients where appropriate.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly KPI targets (calls, conversions, appointments).
- Continuously learn about our telecom products and market positioning.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or lead generation (telecoms industry experience highly desirable).
