Position: Building Services Engineer
Location: Marlow, High Wycombe, Slough, Reading and Guildford (No London work)
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From Β£45,000 to Β£48,000 plus travel time, overtime and bonus
We are looking for a number of Building Services Engineers for full time, permanent positions covering the above areas.
These Building Services Engineers need to be Multi Skilled Engineers, dealing with planned and reactive maintenance on a regional basis (Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, North Hampshire and Surrey)
The right people for these positions will already have a strong commercial Building Services Maintenance background. They need to be holding a minimum of an NVQ/ City & Guilds Level 2 Electrical or Mechanical Qualification and have a full UK driving licence
The role will include Ahu maintenance, Water Flushing, Light testing, Plant room maintenance, Compliance checks etc
This Engineer will be based regional so will not be going into London
Requirements
- Strong background in Commercial Building Services Maintenance
- Based in a commutable location to one of the above areas
- Full UK driving licence
- Minimum of a City & Guilds/ NVQ Mechanical or Electrical Qualification
- Strong multi skilled background
