We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent static position based on a site in Bexleyheath, Kent. This engineer will be working with a small team of maintenance engineers that deal with planned and reactive maintenance for this large static site.
The right person for this position will already have a strong commercial building services maintenance background. They need to be electrical qualified but also be experienced in mechanical maintenance.
Requirements:
- Strong working background as a commercial building services engineer
- Strong electrical maintenance knowledge
- Able to deal with mechanical maintenance
- Based in a short commute to Bexleyheath
- Level 3 electrical qualified
- 18th Edition
- Test and inspection 2391 would be preferred
- Must be able to join the site on call rota
Package:
- Basic salary based on a 40 hour week
- On call allowance
- On call one week in four
- Monday to Friday position
