We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent static position based on a site in Bexleyheath, Kent. This engineer will be working with a small team of maintenance engineers that deal with planned and reactive maintenance for this large static site.

The right person for this position will already have a strong commercial building services maintenance background. They need to be electrical qualified but also be experienced in mechanical maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Strong working background as a commercial building services engineer
  • Strong electrical maintenance knowledge
  • Able to deal with mechanical maintenance
  • Based in a short commute to Bexleyheath
  • Level 3 electrical qualified
  • 18th Edition
  • Test and inspection 2391 would be preferred
  • Must be able to join the site on call rota

Package:

  • Basic salary based on a 40 hour week
  • On call allowance
