We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer with a strong Mechanical Maintenance background. This position will be working on a large static site based in Solihull. The right person for this position will already have a strong commercial building services background. They need to have a strong background dealing with plant room maintenance, AHUs and splits, plumbing works and basic electrical.
This is a large static site, so a driving licence is not required. However, we do require a minimum of a level 2 building services qualification.
Requirements:- Strong background in commercial building services maintenance
- Mechanical knowledge
- Able to deal with the maintenance of splits and AHUs
- Good plant room knowledge
- Flexible multi-skilled engineer
- Must be willing to join the on-call rota (one week in four)
- Excellent basic salary
- On-call allowance
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
