We're looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our growing team within the AV and live events industry. This is a hands-on role managing the full delivery of high-end corporate and private events across London and surrounding areas. You'll take ownership of projects from initial client brief through to on-site delivery and post-event completion, ensuring every event is executed to the highest standard. The role requires a strong technical understanding of audio, video and lighting systems, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in live events, enjoys working both in the office and on-site, and takes pride in delivering exceptional experiences for clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end delivery of live event projects from brief through to completion
- Meet with clients to understand requirements, prepare quotations, and present project proposals
- Oversee projects valued up to £250K while managing multiple live projects at any one time
- Coordinate and manage both freelance contractors and permanent technical staff
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and supervise technical teams during event delivery
- Maintain project budgets, timelines, logistics, and overall client satisfaction throughout the process
- Proven experience in event project management within the AV/live events industry
- Strong technical knowledge of audio, video, and lighting systems
- Experience managing corporate and/or private events from concept to delivery
- Excellent organisational, communication, and client management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Experience using AutoCAD
- Knowledge of current rental management software platforms
- Hybrid working available after successful completion of probation
