We are working with a well-established, nationwide materials handling business that continues to grow through strong customer demand and long-term client relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Mobile Service Engineer to join a family-run business that prides itself on delivering a genuinely local service while supporting some major national clients.
You will be responsible for travelling to customer sites to service, maintain, and repair a range of materials handling equipment:
- Carrying out planned maintenance and reactive repairs on forklift trucks and material handling equipment
- Diagnosing faults and completing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs
Proven experience working as a forklift / materials handling engineer is essential:
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
- Confident working independently in a field-based role
- Full UK driving licence
Overtime ~ Company van ~ Phone and specialist tooling provided ~ 23 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service) ~ Stable, long-term role within a growing business.
