About the Role

As a BMS Service Engineer, you'll represent the company on-site, providing expert support for Building Management Systems (BMS). Your role will focus on maintaining system efficiency, delivering energy-saving solutions, and ensuring exceptional service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine preventative maintenance, troubleshoot faults, and carry out emergency repairs on BMS systems.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, taking ownership of issues and ensuring clear communication throughout.
  • Advise clients on energy-saving strategies to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
  • Complete and submit accurate and timely service reports and documentation.
  • Identify further service opportunities, prepare field quotes, and report potential leads to the sales team.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow engineers and service teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure all tools, equipment, and procedures comply with safety and quality standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience working with BMS Trend and/or Tridium.
  • Strong diagnostic and technical repair skills for control systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Aware of health and safety practices with a high attention to detail.
  • A proactive team player with a flexible, can-do attitude.
  • Knowledge of energy management principles and sustainability practices.
  • Full UK driving licence and legal right to work in the UK.
