A family-run materials handling company thats continuing to grow and expand its presence across the region is looking to add an experienced Service Engineer. They supply, service, and maintain a wide range of materials handling equipment from multiple leading brands, supporting a strong and loyal customer base.

They are now looking for an experienced Service Engineer to join their team and play a key role in delivering high-quality service and maintenance across Yorkshire.

The Role

  • Service, repair, and maintain a range of materials handling equipment
  • A strong focus on counterbalance forklifts and Flexi articulated trucks
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and carry out effective repairs
  • Provide excellent customer service while working independently on-site
  • Cover a regional patch across Yorkshire (primarily South, West, and North)

About You

  • Proven experience as a Service Engineer / Forklift Engineer
  • Strong multi-skilled background (mechanical & electrical)
  • Electrical bias is highly advantageous
  • Experience working with counterbalance forklifts and/or Flexi trucks is highly desirable
  • Confident working independently and managing your own workload
  • Customer-focused with a professional and proactive approach
  • Full UK driving licence required
