Security Engineer Service & Installation Kensington £40,000 - £47,000 DOE + Overtime + Bonuses + 25 Days Holiday + Company Vehicle We're looking for an experienced Security Engineer to join a growing and well-established team, covering London and the M25 corridor.
This is a great opportunity for an engineer with strong service, maintenance and installation experience across electronic security systems.
You'll work with a range of high-profile commercial clients and varied sites, while having the support, equipment and training needed to develop your career.
The Role As a Security Engineer, you'll be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance and small works of electronic security systems across commercial and private client sites.
Your responsibilities will include: Installing, servicing and maintaining a range of CCTV, intruder alarm and access control systems.
Carrying out fault-finding, diagnostics and repairs.
Completing small works, upgrades, modifications and system expansions.
Working with systems including Axis, Hanwha, Galaxy, Texecom and Paxton.
Supporting high-profile commercial clients, including business parks, commercial sites and private estates.
Completing service reports and ensuring all works are carried out to a high standard.
Working independently on site while also being part of a skilled and supportive engineering team.
Participating in a 1-in-5 call-out rota, with a standby allowance.
What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Security Engineer.
Strong experience in CCTV, intruder alarms and/or access control.
Good installation, service and fault-finding skills.
Experience with systems such as Axis, Hanwha, Galaxy, Texecom and Paxton would be advantageous.
Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
Full UK driving licence.
A professional approach with a strong focus on quality and customer service.
