Location: North East (Newcastle area)

Salary: £30,000 - £39,000 DOE

The Role:

As a Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Servicing and maintaining Security systems
  • Fault finding and carrying out repairs across multiple system types
  • Occasional installation work where required
  • Covering Newcastle and the surrounding North East region
  • Working across a variety of commercial sites
  • Ensuring high standards of customer service at all times

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience working on Security systems, including:
    • CCTV
    • Access Control
    • Intruder Alarms
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills
  • Good IT/computer literacy
  • Knowledge of testing and commissioning practices
  • ECS Gold Card, IPAF, and PASMA (desirable but not essential)
  • Engineers with either a Fire or Security bias will be considered
