Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mobile Plant Fitter to join our team. This role involves working on a wide range of plant machinery, including excavators, dumpers, loaders, telehandlers, and more. n Responsibilities
Conduct routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a variety of plant machinery.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
Perform inspections to ensure machinery is safe and compliant with regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Plant Fitter, Mobile Plant Engineer, or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of plant machinery, including excavators, dumpers, loaders, and telehandlers.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Relevant qualifications in engineering or mechanics (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
Full UK driving license.
Day-to-Day
Travel to client sites in Bristol and surrounding areas to perform maintenance and repairs.
Inspect and test machinery to identify issues and ensure optimal performance.
Provide expert advice to clients on the care and maintenance of their equipment.
