Sales Administrator
Keele, UK
The Package
- £25,000-£30,000 Basic Salary
- Generous pension – employer 6%, employee 3%
- 25 days’ holiday entitlement (retaining 3 days for the annual Christmas closure), plus the 8 bank holidays

The Opportunity
We are recruiting a Sales Administrator to join a growing Sales Operations team based in Keele. This role is perfect for someone highly organised, customer-focused, and confident working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for supporting the customer journey — from order placement through to installation — as well as managing renewals, retention, and customer communications.
This is an exciting chance to play a key part in ensuring smooth sales operations while building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the customer journey from order to installation, ensuring timely bookings.
• Handle contract renewals and retentions, working to hit target conversion rates.
• Engage with customers who raise cancellations, resolving issues where possible to retain business.
• Prepare renewal reports and support KPI delivery.
• Oversee stock management for customer equipment (routers, extenders, accessories).
• Administer deliveries, returns, and Royal Mail accounts.
• Support office operations including visitor passes and supplies.
• Process VoIP porting requests and manage system notifications.
• Contribute to team meetings, training, and continuous improvement projects.
