The business is expanding nationally and has an established presence across the South East and North West, with further growth planned into Scotland and Wales. Working on project packages typically valued at around Β£3m, this is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven Quantity Surveyor looking to take on responsibility within a growing business, with genuine opportunities for progression as the company continues to expand. The Role As a Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of facade, cladding and remediation projects, working closely with the operational and commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully and profitably. Key responsibilities will include: Commercial management of cladding, facade and remediation projects valued around Β£3m. Managing costs, budgets, valuations, variations and final accounts. Working closely with project and operational teams to monitor commercial performance. Managing subcontractor accounts, procurement and payments. Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities. Preparing commercial reports and providing accurate financial information. Supporting the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion. Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and supply-chain partners. About You We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in the facade, cladding or remediation sector. You'll ideally have: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within cladding/facades/remediation β this is essential. Experience commercially managing projects in the region of Β£3m+. Strong knowledge of subcontractor management, valuations, variations and final accounts. Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
