Position: Project Manager Location: Covering London and the South East, Must be able to get to BexleyHeath when needed Duration: Permanent Salary From £60,000 to £75,000 subject to experience level We are looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager for a full time, permanent position covering the South East. This Project Manager will be experienced in dealing with all aspects associated with the Project Management delivery of HVAC Projects up to £2million. This person needs to have some pre construction Project Management experience in relation to HVAC. We will be looking for a Project Manager who is technical enough in relation to HVAC to be able to give technical support to the clients and sub contractors as well as being able to produce estimates, health and safety documents and be able to negotiate with sub contracting companies and suppliers. The right person for this position will already have a proven track record of HVAC Project Management, we would prefer them to be holding an HNC qualification or at least one HVAC qualification. This is a hybrid position, however we would expect this person to attend head office at least one day per week.
