Position: On Site Project Manager Location: Swindon Duration: Permanent (immediate start is available) Salary: from £50,000 to £55,000 subject to experience level We are looking for an experienced Small Works Projects Manager for a full time position based on a large static site in Swindon This position will be managing small works within this large site. This will include: On site health and safety Obtaining quotations from multiple companies Produce a proposal of quotes and time scales to the client Vet sub contracting companies Sub contractor compliance (insurance, health and safety etc) Managing the projects on site Liaise constantly with the client Working with the client and sub contractors adjusting design Manage the on site budgets This project manager will be managing the small works that could include new windows, bathroom refurbs, air conditioning, electrical, floor and ceiling replacements etc The right person for this position will have on site commercial projects experience with experience with electrical and mechanical installations.
