Salary: From £50,000 to £58,000 plus car and package

We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Project Manager for a full-time, permanent position based in Norfolk. This position is with a very well-established company that has an amazing reputation within the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Industry.

The right person for this position will already have a strong Project Management background working with Air Conditioning Installations. They need to have enough technical knowledge to be able to support clients with their requirements. This person needs to have experience working on Air Conditioning Installation projects with a value of between £50K and £2 million. They will be required to deal with:

  • Cost Management
  • Programs of works
  • Management of vetted sub-contractors
  • Site surveys
  • SLAs
  • Deployment of staff
  • Adjustment of design
  • A small amount of quoting for works

This is a Norfolk-based position; however, you may be asked to go into London for one day a week (when required).

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Air Conditioning Project Management
  • Based in the Norfolk area
  • Strong technical knowledge of Air Conditioning
  • Experience in dealing with the financial side of projects
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience working as an Air Conditioning Engineer would be a bonus
  • Strong technical knowledge of multiple brands of Air Conditioning Systems

Package:

  • Basic salary subject to experience level
  • Company Car (either electric, hybrid or fuel)
  • No car allowance available for this position
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Pension
