About the Role
My client is seeking an experienced BMS Service & Small Works Engineer to support service operations across the Oxford area, with some work in London. This is a hands-on role involving servicing, fault finding, commissioning support, and delivering small works projects across a range of commercial sites.
- Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on BMS systems
- Delivering small works projects including upgrades and modifications
- Supporting commissioning activities where required
- Working closely with clients and providing technical support
- Producing service reports and documentation
- Assisting with system optimisation and energy efficiency improvements
Strong background in BMS service and maintenance
Good understanding of HVAC plant and controls
Full UK driving licence
