We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer with a strong building services maintenance background to cover a full time, permanent position. This position will be working for a Facilities company that deals with building services maintenance within commercial sites throughout the North East.
The right person for this position will be an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer, able to deal with the service, maintenance and breakdown of VRV's, VRF's, Splits and Multi's and Ahu's. They all need to have experience in dealing with general building services maintenance which will include basic electrical and mechanical.
This is a mobile position, so we do require a full UK driving licence.
- Experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer
- Holding the Fgas Certificate
- Full UK driving licence
- Able to deal with the service and maintenance of VRV's and VRF's
- Based in the North East
- Experience in facilities maintenance is required
Package:
- Basic salary based on a 40 hour week
- Travel time (paid at overtime rate after 40 hours)
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- On call one week in eight
- On call allowance
- Pension
