We are recruiting for a Mechanical Pre-Construction Manager to join a growing Building Services contractor delivering Mechanical and HVAC projects across the North West.

This role is ideal for an experienced Mechanical Estimator, Pre-Construction Manager or Project Manager with strong commercial skills.

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus (OTE £75,000) Car Allowance Benefits
