We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fire & Security Team Leader to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer ready to step into a leadership role, overseeing projects and supporting a team across a range of high-profile railway contracts.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and support a team of fire & security engineers
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and servicing of systems
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards and regulations
- Liaise with clients and project managers to ensure smooth delivery
- Assist with planning and allocation of work
- Provide technical guidance and fault-finding support

- Addressable Fire Alarms: Morley, Advanced
- Conventional Fire Alarms: C-Tec
- Intruder Alarms: Texecom
- Access Control Systems: Paxton, Honeywell
- CCTV Systems: Dahua
Requirements
- Proven experience in fire and security systems
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred
- Strong fault-finding and technical knowledge
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel across the North West
- Experience working on railway or infrastructure projects is advantageous
