We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fire & Security Team Leader to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer ready to step into a leadership role, overseeing projects and supporting a team across a range of high-profile railway contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and support a team of fire & security engineers
  • Oversee installation, maintenance, and servicing of systems
  • Ensure all work complies with industry standards and regulations
  • Liaise with clients and project managers to ensure smooth delivery
  • Assist with planning and allocation of work
  • Provide technical guidance and fault-finding support

  • Addressable Fire Alarms: Morley, Advanced
  • Conventional Fire Alarms: C-Tec
  • Intruder Alarms: Texecom
  • Access Control Systems: Paxton, Honeywell
  • CCTV Systems: Dahua

Requirements

  • Proven experience in fire and security systems
  • Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred
  • Strong fault-finding and technical knowledge
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to travel across the North West
  • Experience working on railway or infrastructure projects is advantageous
