About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Water Hygiene Engineer to join a forward-thinking and growing organisation within the water and air hygiene sector. This role involves attending client sites to deliver high-quality services, ensuring full compliance with industry standards and maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of client sites
- Deliver water hygiene services in line with ACoP L8 and HSG274 guidelines
- Carry out closed system maintenance in line with PPM schedules (heating, chilled, and closed systems)
- Conduct temperature monitoring, water sampling, and tank inspections
- TMV servicing, shower descaling, and outlet flushing
- Ensure site logbooks are accurate, up to date, and audit-ready
- Identify and report system risks, improvements, and upsell opportunities
- Work closely with account managers and client site teams
Requirements:
- Practical knowledge of ACoP L8 & HSG274
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel across multiple sites
- Confident working at height and in confined spaces (training provided)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Closed system knowledge is highly desirable
