About the Role: We are currently recruiting for a Water Hygiene Engineer to join a growing and well-established water hygiene/compliance company. This role will be based between Rochdale and Liverpool, covering sites across the North West region. This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer or someone looking to further develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Temperature monitoring and water sampling
- TMV servicing, inspection, and maintenance
- Cold water storage tank inspections and cleaning
- Showerhead descaling and disinfection
- Flushing of outlets and general water hygiene tasks
- Accurate record keeping in line with compliance requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a water hygiene or similar role
- Good understanding of ACOP L8 / HSG274 guidelines
- Full UK driving licence
- Able to pass an enhanced DBS
- Ideally based between Rochdale and Liverpool
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance
