The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Location: National

Competitive salary increasing upon completion of Level 3 award in Education & Training and Level 3 TAQA.

We are an established and successful provider of technical training and qualifications to the water utility sector. Due to expansion, we are looking for a Leakage Trainer to join our dynamic team.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • To plan, co-ordinate, assess and review the learning activities with learners in the workplace.
  • Deliver classroom and online based training to a group of up to 12 learners.
  • Monitor the learners' progress over the duration of the programme ensuring formal reviews between the learner and the employer, in line with the individual learning plan undertaken a minimum of 12 weeks.
  • Track and record the vocational progress of the learners on a regular basis/as required.
  • Complete assessment paperwork to the required audit standards.
  • Comply with safeguarding procedures, including the promotion of learners.
  • Contribute to the review and evaluation process to ensure year on year improvements.

  • Clean leakage, Network and/or Distribution experience is essential.
  • Ideally based in the Midlands/North.
  • Be flexible with travel and staying away from home.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • A willingness to work towards and achieve professional qualifications.
